Depending on the customer´s wishes, all the products can be machined in a preturned or ready-to-install form, inclusive borings and keyways.
The turned parts are machined to a max. centre height of 560 mm on centre lathes. In the case of larger quantities, the machining is carried out on CNC machines.
The entire production, in terms of the chemical composition and the mechanical properties of the alloys, is subject to a continuous control by way of state-of-the-art quality assurance/monitoring
(e.g. spectroanalysis, ultrasonic). The compliance of the dimensions of our products with customer specifications is ensured by way of a 100% final inspection.
