At optimum casting temperatures of the melt, a cast product which meets the most stringent demands is fabricated on centrifugal casting machines with a fully hydraulic design and water-cooled permanent chills by means of controlled casting and cooling times while making use of a high centrifugal acceleration. Small grain sizes in the structural composition of the material and the outstanding mechanical properties resulting from these charaterise the products fabricated in the centrifugal casting machine.
This special continuous casting process developed in-house combines the structural benefits of the centrifugal casting process with the machining benefits of continuous casting. The mechanical properties achieved are significantly better than those of products fabricated using standard continuous casting processes. At the same time, the wear resistance of these products is increased up to fivefold.

The continuous casting process is the most modern process for the continuous production of tubes, rods and sections.
The melt undergoes its shaping in water-cooled copper-coated graphite chills.
A regular structural composition guarantees the good mechanical properties of these products which are, at the same time, characterised by a very small machining allowance.
State-of-the-art medium-frequency induction furnaces with mobile hood extractors and ultra-modern filter technology allow our melting operations to produce the cast copper alloys required for production in a fast and environmentally compatible process and in the approved quality.
